Design sector

Our design sector will prepare a technical drawing of the room, using an acoustic volume calculation program, in order to optimize both the placement and the quantity of the products to be used. Subsonic Design can receive and handle drawings of planned spaces prepared on any type of architectural design computer file.

The solutions we propose always have the objective of controlling the acoustic energy taking into account the reverberation / frequency time balance, the type of noise source and the level of acoustic pressure, and the correct absorption / reflection balance in order to optimize intelligibility levels in the rooms. The design sector can prepare acoustic studies for existing rooms or for rooms which are still at the architecture project stage.

The acoustic volume simulators allow the importing of technical drawing files from other software for acoustic modelling of the space, taking account of all surrounding materials. This program has a data base with all the acoustic technical data from leading suppliers around the world. This is an indispensable tool for our work.

Using the survey carried out by our analysis department as a starting point and as something to compare the future solution with, our technical staff then prepare our best solution on the basis of several factors: technical solution, surroundings, client empathy, aesthetic aspect and price.
